Full of brand new songs to calm, entertain, sing along to or help tell the story, the viewer will be guided through and engaged at every point. In this music-based narrative, The Wiggles (Emma, Lachy, Simon and Anthony) spend the day babysitting Baby Dorothy and must find ways to entertain her, but they're up for the challenge! All of The Wiggles' friends will join in on the fun, as they take Baby Dorothy on an adventure around Wiggle Town where they'll visit a beach, a rose garden and even a pirate ship. His appearances in the Stephen Squirrelsky and Friends' Movie Spoof Travels are The Forest Book 2 (TrainBoy43's Style), Nikki's Adventures of Sing Along Songs Episode 10, Madagascar (FamousImagination50's Style), Sleeping Beauty (Justin Quintanilla's Style), Aurorastasia, Despicable Me (Justin Quintanilla's Style), We're Back!: A Jungle Animal's Story, Jimmynocchio, and The Wizard of Oz (Uranimated18's Style) and will even be in more movie spoof travels. He likes sleeping and at odd times because of this, the fictional version of Jeff is diagnosed with narcolepsy. His favourite keyboard is the Red Starry Keyboard. 
He is the only Wiggle who never played the Red Starry Guitar. He eats cereal with bananas for breakfast. He is the only Wiggle who isn't married, engaged or in any romantic relationship. When Anthony first came up with the idea of making a children's album, Jeff was very skeptical, as he didn't have a background in Early Childhood Education like the others. He is the shortest and skinniest male Wiggle. He is the oldest Wiggle out of all the Wiggles.
